Reclaim Consulting offers training and consultation tailored to your organization.

Our consulting framework

2

Relational

1

Trauma-Informed

3

Culturally-Sensitive

Why does this matter?

Research suggests that all clients, regardless of identities, can benefit from multiculturally competent care. We believe that all people can similarly benefit from trauma-informed care, whether they are Survivors themselves or not.

Although harm often occurs in relationship, that is also where healing happens. Therefore, all services are anchored in relational practices.

By drawing from this framework, we aim to co-create a container of safety that encourages the practice of courage and vulnerability. Growth happens when we become uncomfortable, but not when we feel unsafe. Safety is a priority in all the services we provide.

  • Considerations for working with multiracial survivors of child sexual abuse (CE)

  • Cultural knowledge: Importance of a humble journey.

  • Strength in difference: Stepping into our power to empower.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is meant for those who are ready to take an active approach in exploring, planning, and implementing strategies to help them move towards a life they desire to have. In comparison, therapy is great for meaningful exploration and processing of how past traumatic experiences are impacting life now. Think of therapy being the why and coaching being the how. Both can be helpful for different aspects of trauma healing.

We support survivors, mental health professionals, entrepreneurs, and all those in between. Whether it’s preparing for a career change, navigating the impacts of relational violence (e.g., codependency), applying to graduate school, building relationships, exploring spirituality, or just fostering insight - we would love to join you in your journey.

Can I afford coaching?

If you’ve looked up coaching before, you may have seen large price tags. We believe in making direct services to survivors as accessible as possible. Therefore, to best support you in your journey of reclamation, an economic-justice pricing system is provided.

Clients can choose to “pay as you go,” where you choose a price each time you schedule, ensuring that the amount you pay continues to fit your budget over time.

For those who would like to purchase a coaching package, we offer a three-tiered structure based on economic need.
